Social Policy
As part of its own social program, as well as agreements concluded with the Administration of the Nakhodka City District and the Government of the Primorsky Territory, Astafiev Terminal JSC consistently implements the following programs.
Own program for resettlement from dilapidated and dilapidated housing
Residents of the microdistrict of Cape Astafyev, for which JSC «Terminal Astafyev» during 2018−2022. completely resettled one dilapidated apartment building at the address: st. Astafieva, 3 and plans to resettle the second dilapidated apartment building at st. Astafieva, 5, recognized as emergency. The total amount of funds specified in the agreement at prices for 2022 will be 110 million rubles.
- 110 million rubles will be the total amount of funds defined in the agreement on prices for 2021.
Program for the replacement of window and balcony structures
As well as metal entrance doors, it is being carried out as part of an agreement between the enterprise and an initiative group of residents, which was signed in the summer of 2018. The program of glazing windows and balconies is designed for residents of houses that closely border on the sanitary protection zone.
- For these purposes, in 2018−2020, the company allocated funds in the amount of 12.5 million rubles.
- These funds installed 150 designs.
- The program continues in 2022.
Reconstruction of the library center
In 2020, the roof of the Green World Library Center was replaced, which has more than three thousand readers and is the only such cultural center in the KPD industrial microdistrict.
Repair of educational institutions and kindergartens
As part of its social obligations, Terminal Astafieva JSC is working with sponsored educational institutions of the microdistrict: secondary school No. 1 Polyus and kindergarten No. 66: classrooms are renovated annually, windows are replaced, the road to the garden is repaired. The school stadium was reconstructed, which became the sports center of the microdistrict.
Conducting neighbourhood clean-up
«Terminal Astafiev» annually holds a community work day in the Astafiev microdistrict of the city of Nakhodka. Porto cleans up the yard of the Polyus sponsored school and, with the help of special equipment, cleans the adjoining territory of neighboring houses.
